1- Refund Terms and Conditions

Users are entitled to request a refund in the event of a major technical defect in the provided service that prevents its full utilization, provided that the defect is reported within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of purchase. Each case is reviewed independently by the technical administration to verify eligibility. Upon approval, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within the processing timeframe specified by the payment gateway provider.
2- Non-Refundable Cases
As the services provided consist of digital products and instant subscriptions, refunds do not apply in the following cases:

After the subscription has been activated or any part of the digital service has been successfully consumed.

In instances of platform misuse or violation of the Terms of Service resulting in account suspension.

3- Claim Submission Process
To submit a refund request, the user must contact the administration via the official email (web@nojoom.net), attaching the transaction ID, account details, and a detailed explanation for the request. The site administration is committed to responding to requests within 3 to 5 business days, providing a notification of approval or a reasoned rejection.
The platform administration disclaims any responsibility for payments made to unofficial third parties claiming to represent the site.
